   In addition to managing the renovation and/or remodel, we also manage upkeep of rentals and offer special financing to families that qualify. 

  Today we have partnered with reputable Realtors & Contractors to make the dream of home ownership available for all that qualify. Your dream home may be New Construction- Custom Build. We have different floor plans to choose from, or Homes we have for sale or lease. From the foundation to the roof and everything in between, we've got you covered. 

  We work with agents, banks and credit unions during the financing process.

We have done in house financing in some cases.
